How does the Live Arrival Guarantee work?

If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, simply send us photos within 24 hours of delivery. We'll replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked. Our guarantee covers all plants shipped with Express or Standard delivery.

Do I need a phytosanitary certificate?

We include a phytosanitary certificate with every international order at no extra cost. This document certifies that your plants are pest-free and compliant with your country's import regulations. Most countries require this for plant imports.

How long does shipping take?

Express shipping: 3-7 business days
Standard shipping: 7-14 business days
Economy shipping: 14-21 business days

Delivery time varies by destination. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
